Leases are for a period of one year. Ask the leasing agent if you have a need for a shorter term..

For most properties, we require a first month’s rent, the deposit and the last month’s rent paid in full prior to move in. In many cases we can arrange installment payments for the last month’s rent. This is done on a case by case basis.
There is a non-refundable cleaning and processing charge which covers the final cleaning carpets, drapes, blinds, and floor after move out. This amount varies per property but typically is around $300.00. The total deposit amount quoted in the listings includes this non-refundable charge.

If you are a holder of a Section 8 certificate or voucher and the property you are interested in is in the City limits of Seattle, we can work with you.
